1. Booking and Payment:

  • Guests must make reservations through our online platform.

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking.

  • Payments are inclusive of taxes.

  • Where additional services are required upon request additional fees may apply

2. Check-in and Check-out:

  • Check-in time is anytime from 15:00 PM – 22:00PM, and check-out time before 12:00 PM.

  • Key access, parking and check-in instructions will be provided one day before check-in whilst check-out instructions will be provided on the day of check-out.

  • Parking can be provided on request at no additional cost to the Guest

3. Property Rules:

  • Maximum occupancy 3 persons as specified in the property listing.

  • No smoking is allowed inside the property.

  • Pets are not allowed inside the property.

  • Parties and events are not allowed, there is normally a police patrol in the vicinity and any disturbances or parties will result in the guest being evicted by the police without a refund

  • Guest will be liable for damages. Damages will be assessed and charged to the guest

5. Cancellation Policy:

  • Full refund for cancellations made at least 5 days before the reservation start date.

  • No refunds for cancellations made within 4-0 days of the reservation start date.

6. Liability and Insurance:

  • Guests are responsible for any damages to the property.

  • Guests are encouraged to carry travel insurance to cover unforeseen events.

7. Cleaning and Maintenance:

  • Guests are expected to leave the property in a reasonably clean condition.

  • Any maintenance issues or damages must be reported immediately.

8. Privacy and Security:

  • Guest information is protected and used only for booking and communication purposes.

  • The property is equipped with [security features] for guest safety.

9. Owner’s Access:

  • The owner or authorized personnel may access the property for maintenance or inspections with reasonable notice to the guest.

10. Guest Responsibilities:

– Guests must adhere to all local laws and regulations.

– Respect neighbours and maintain a peaceful environment.

– Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation or mediation.

12. Force Majeure:

– In cases of unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters), bookings may be canceled with a full refund.
